Warranty

AMKW warrants every product against manufacturing defects for life — regardless of ownership. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only; it does not cover normal wear, abuse, or misuse.

Modifications by owners or third‑party modders are not covered under the AMKW lifetime warranty, but they do not automatically void it. Modified item submitted for service will be evaluated case‑by‑case — please disclose any alterations when you contact us.

Excessive, improper, or abusive use that causes failure or breakage.
Normal wear and tear to blade and handle finishes (including anodize fading).
Edge chipping, tip breakage, or damage resulting from drops or attempted repairs by non‑professionals.
Broken, stripped, or otherwise damaged screws caused by misuse.
Bushings/washer tuning performed after purchase (tuning results are partly subjective and can be ruined by improper disassembly). If you take apart the knife, we cannot be responsible for the tune.

Professional repair, refinishing, or screw‑removal services are available. Contact us for an estimate.
Bushing Tuning is available starting at $30.
Bushings and washers are available for sale while in stock if you prefer to tune the knife yourself.
Spare replacement parts and hardware sets are available for purchase while in stock; out‑of‑stock items may incur delays.

For any warranty or services (including modifications or tuning disputes), customers are generally responsible for shipping both ways unless otherwise agreed.
