Warranty
As we improve and expand our product line, it's natural for older versions to occasionally fall short of current quality standards. While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that human error can lead to occasional oversights in our quality control process. Because of this all AMKW products have a lifetime warranty for repairing or replacing any manufacturing defects no matter if you are not the original owner. We stand behind our products and strive to be the best we can.
If you have any problems with our products, please reach out via the website contact form or our Instagram account. Please state the problem or concern you are experiencing and we will ask some follow up questions to really understand the situation.
What Do We Not Warranty?
Well first I will say the product is yours and you can do as you please but we do have some limitations but are still willing to help.
- Excessive or incorrect usage resulting in product failure or breakage are not covered. However, spare replacement parts may be purchased if in stock; if not, expect a delay until restocked.
- Handle or blade finishing are expected to develop wear and tear over time and use ( including anos fading). Due to this, handle and blade finishing does not fall under our warranty. If you are experiencing any of these problems and want it remedied or repaired reach out and we can discuses a quote for the services required.
- We do not warranty edge chipping, tip breaking, or any poor attempt at fixing either. Please reach out to have these fixed professionally for a small fee rather than a botched DIY attempt.
- We do not warranty broken or stripped screws. Replacement hardware sets are available to purchase. If you need help removing and replacing stripped or broken screws reach out and we will provide you a quote for the services required.
- Bushing tuning is not directly covered by our warranty. All tunes that leave the shop are approved but might not be to the customers standards which is more an opinion than a defect. Additionally tunes can be ruined by improper disassembly of product and hard to prove. Due to this we will handle these issues on a case by case basis and the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. (so be nice and we will try and take care of you as best as possible)
Bushing and washers are available for purchase if you wish to tune yourself.
