Fatcarbon Black Glass Fiber Composite AEON Scale Set

These Glass Fiber scales are offered for both v1 and v2 AEONs. Please be aware that v1 and v2 scales are not interchangeable, so it's essential to select the correct version. Each set contains four top scales and four bottom scales. 

The underside of the v1 bottom scales features two very thin, fragile walls that may break when placed on top scales. We will ensure they are intact before shipping; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after you receive them. This issue was one of the primary reasons for the v2 redesign.

This material is an epoxy resin reinforced with randomly oriented glass fibers and a colorant. The random fiber orientation yields a quasi‑isotropic in‑plane behavior, producing balanced mechanical properties in all directions. The epoxy matrix provides excellent dimensional stability, surface hardness, and chemical resistance. Visually it forms a uniform, G10‑like colored surface with a reflective, shifting appearance similar to carbon fiber; the fibers produce vein‑like patterns reminiscent of cracked or crushed glass.
